Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with personalized therapy.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians with coaching and expertise.
• Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes and build trust.
• Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with latest ABA research and best practices.
