The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in Arizona with a hybrid schedule, offering in-center and in-home opportunities. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services while receiving mentorship and flexible work options.

Expect base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus monthly bonuses, sign-on up to $20K, student loan repayment, and a paid 3-week sabbatical after 36 months. Work-life balance is a core priority.
