Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking boards-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with a multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility (sitting for exam in next 3 months) - students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions, including lifting up to 25+ pounds and other activities.
