Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. The role offers competitive pay, a robust bonus program, and meaningful work-life balance with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam in the next 3 months—students welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and share in clients' achievements as positive behaviors emerge.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and orient new team members and technicians.
• Assist during sessions with physical demands and active engagement of children aged 2–15.
