Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism from birth to age 21. You will supervise interventions and support families while our clinical support team handles coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or in next 3 months) and readiness to supervise ABA services.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and share in client achievements as skills develop.
• Support families with clear assessment results and treatment guidance.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to the team of technicians.
• Engage in physical activities with children during sessions as needed.
