Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a BCBA to develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborating with families and a regional clinical team. This full-time or part-time role emphasizes data-driven treatment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA license, or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Assist clients in achieving positive behaviors and new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Train and orient the team of behavioral technicians.
• Maintain safety and physical engagement during sessions with children.
