Connecticut Behavioral Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to clients with developmental and behavioral needs. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families, schools and treatment teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure eligibility.
• Strong data-driven and evidence-based ABA knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional and skills assessments and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate effectiveness.
• Modify interventions based on progress and data analysis.
• Prepare progress reports, reassessments, and documentation.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams.
