Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to lead home-based services with a small caseload, supervising BTs/RBTs and coordinating family sessions. You will review session data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics and regulations.
- Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data collected in sessions with staff and family; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
