Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services in Vineland, NJ. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, reviewing data with families, and adjusting treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with special needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
