Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative in Natick, MA seeks a Home-Based Therapists Supervisor to provide and supervise adaptive living and behavioral consultation for students 3–22 in home/community settings. After-school schedule 3:00–6:30 pm, with potential shift to 10:30 am–6:30 pm.

Requires Master’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience with autism; BCBA preferred; valid driver’s license. Collaborative team environment with data-driven programming and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience with children/young adults with Autism.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Home-Based Therapists and consult with parents/caregivers regarding adaptive daily living, behavioral, and social services for students aged 3–22 in home/community settings.
• Report to and collaborate with the Home-Based Coordinator.
• Design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Implement and train others to implement behavior change procedures.
• Model techniques for parents/caregivers in the home setting.
• Create data collection systems and summarize data for Home-Based services.
• Write Home-Based progress reports as per IEP schedules; participate in professional development.
