Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a Home-Based ABA supervisor to provide and supervise adaptive living and behavioral consultation for students with autism and related disabilities in home and community settings. The role includes after-school hours (3:00–6:30 pm) and may involve additional daytime hours (10:30 am–6:30 pm).

The candidate should have a Master's degree, 3–5 years of experience with autism, and a valid driver’s license; BCBA certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with children/young adults with autism.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Home-Based Therapists and consult with parents/caregivers on adaptive daily living, behavior, and social services for ages 3–22 in home/community settings.
• Collaborate with Home-Based Coordinator; design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs with parent-implemented interventions.
• Train others to implement behavior-change procedures (e.g., discrete trials, incidental teaching, differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining).
• Model techniques for parents/caregivers in the home setting; develop data collection systems based on ABA principles.
• Summarize data and monitor progress; modify programs as needed; write progress reports per IEP schedules.
• Communicate with Home-Based staff and families; coordinate with school personnel and other providers.
