Key Autism Services in Lynn, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
