Job summary

Behavioral-Perspective-Inc. seeks a dedicated BCBA to provide therapy services to youths with autism across clinic, home, and school settings. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop and adjust client programs, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in ABA, an active BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of BCBA experience. The role offers in-person work across multiple sites and a strong support environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field (required).
• An active BCBA certification and license (required).
• One or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred).
• One or more years of experience in ABA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians with clinical supervision in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Foster positive relationships with families and staff to support progress.
• Serve as primary family contact, addressing progress and interventions questions.
• Provide consultation to families on goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with schools and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date client programs; analyze data and adjust as needed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Create and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (IBPs).
• Perform FBAs and functional analyses.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed.
• Deliver supervision per BACB guidelines with meticulous record-keeping.
• Generate progress reports and outline future goals.
• Provide monthly competency observations and training notes for staff.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to success.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records.
• Promote BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Complete accurate session summaries reflecting progress.
• Provide behavior analytic consultation to schools and private institutions.
• Prioritize high-quality services and protocol adjustments.
