Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA in Massachusetts to lead clinical delivery and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, design ABA programs, and educate families for effective home and school outcomes.

You’ll work in a clinician-led environment with strong support, flexible hybrid scheduling, and competitive compensation, including a potential annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $88,000 with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB required.
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts required.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs with fidelity.
• Provide parent education and guidance.
