Qualifications

• Master’s degree or current enrollment in a Master’s program (supervision) from an accredited college or university.
• BCBA or LABA certification or in fieldwork towards BCBA/LABA under supervision.
• Part-time position; supervision may be available for those pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to direct therapists and consultation to parents regarding education, behavior, and social services for children aged 3–22 in the home.
• Report to and collaborate with the Home-based Services Coordinator
• Design programming with measurable home-based goals and Parent Contracts
• Implement and train others in behavior-change procedures (e.g., DTT, incidental teaching, reinforcement)
• Maintain accurate clinical session notes and write progress reports as scheduled
• Collaborate with school personnel and other home providers as needed
• Communicate with families and staff about Covid-19 protocols and updates
