Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative seeks a Home-Based Behavioral Specialist to supervise therapists and provide behavior analytic services in homes and community settings for students aged 3–22. The role includes after-school hours (3:00–6:30 pm) with potential additional time from 10:30 am–6:30 pm regularly.

The position requires a Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience with Autism, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience working with children and/or young adults with Autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Home-Based Therapists and consultation to parents/caregivers regarding adaptive daily living, behavioral, and social services.
• Design and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Train parents/caregivers and model behavior change procedures in home/community settings.
• Write Home-Based progress reports and maintain accurate clinical session notes.
• Collaborate with Home-Based Coordinator and school/team members as needed.

Education
