Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. This full-time role offers a salary up to $120,000 with a sign-on bonus and relocation support.

You will oversee RBT staff, conduct assessments, and supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising BCBA certification track is preferred.
• Strong ability to design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
