Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and your dedication helps children reach their full potential. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed. Pay range: $20–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress throughout sessions.
