Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans to teach communication, social skills, and daily living tasks while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within last year.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Move and position yourself as needed; lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Participate in a structured training program and continuous development.
