Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $23 per hour. Required to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test, with onboarding leading to Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old and able to pass background check.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Willing to complete onboarding and obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Move and assist children; ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
