Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. We offer a sustainable caseload, strong operational support, and ongoing clinical mentorship to enhance client outcomes while protecting clinician well-being.

You’ll supervise RBTs, coordinate with families, and contribute to evidence-based ABA services. Our compensation includes a base salary starting at $80,000, potential quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently BCBA certified and eligible to supervise.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Experience with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Provide supervision and collaboration with caregivers consistent with medical necessity.
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
