Job summary

Opal Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Greensboro, NC center-based team. We prioritize clinical quality, sustainable caseloads, and strong operational support.

This full-time, in-person role offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 (DOE), retention bonuses up to $5,000, and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000, with total earnings potential exceeding $100,000 annually. Opal emphasizes clinician growth, mentorship, and ethical care within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and CPR/First Aid certification current.
• Master's degree in ABA/Psychology/Education or related field.
• Experience with autism/early intervention populations preferred.
• Strong collaboration, supervision, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration.
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
