Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Greensboro, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and high-quality ABA services in a center-based setting. You will manage clinically appropriate caseloads, support families, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical leadership team committed to ethical, evidence-based care.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 (DOE), plus a retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
