Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our center-based team in Fayetteville, NC. This in-person role emphasizes sustainable caseloads, clinical quality, and robust support from operations and leadership.

The BCaBA will supervise staff, ensure treatment integrity, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful client outcomes, while benefiting from professional development and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification and related degree are required.
• Experience working with children with autism or early intervention populations.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
