Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person role in Winston-Salem, NC. The position offers a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 with potential retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000, aiming for total earnings over $100,000 for high performers.

The center emphasizes sustainable caseloads, clinical quality, robust administrative support, and leadership mentorship.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Mansioni

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
