Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in a middle school setting in Frederick, Maryland. On-site work includes collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators to support student success, with a 35-hour weekly schedule and district-aligned duties.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and prior school-based experience with FBAs, BIPs, and IEP participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing per BACB.
• Experience in school settings and with FBAs/BIPs preferred.
• Experience participating in IEP meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Provide consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Train staff in evidence-based behavior management and positive supports.
• Conduct classroom observations and develop individualized interventions.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, BACB ethics, and district policies.
