Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our VA team. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting, while collaborating with families and professionals to implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification from BACB required.
• 1+ year of ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible, including part-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and goals.
