Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Warrenton, VA team. This role offers flexible scheduling and no caseload to allow focused, high-quality ABA therapy for individuals with autism.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments and data collection, and collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs to drive effective progress. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this collaborative

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism and ABA therapy.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to measure progress and inform treatment decisions
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for program development and improvement
• Collaborate with other BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program modifications
• Participate in staff training and development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
