Golden Care Therapy VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement customized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. The BCBA will supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with a team of therapists and supervisors to deliver effective services.

The role includes providing parent training and supporting families in understanding ABA techniques, with a flexible part-time schedule to balance client needs and team workload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB
• Master's degree in ABA/Psychology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience; autism experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
• Conduct assessments to identify client goals and objectives
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services
