Job summary

Able Minds ABA in West Virginia is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, working with a dynamic, multidisciplinary group.

This role offers a flexible schedule with no caseload, allowing you to focus on meaningful client impact. Collaboration with Behavior Technicians, OTs, and SLPs is encouraged, with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA or CABA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism using evidence-based practices and individualized plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices.
