Able Minds ABA in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting and work with our experienced team to develop individualized treatment plans.

This position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules, no caseload requirement, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Strong communication and collaboration with parents and teachers are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification from BACB
• 1+ years of ABA therapy experience or related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting
