Able Minds ABA in Virginia seeks a skilled BCBA to join our team. This role offers both part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling, no caseload constraints, and a focus on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

The BCBA will design treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development is core to the role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Provide training and coaching to BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies.
