Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting and develop individualized treatment plans with our experienced team.

Responsibilities include assessments, data collection, collaboration with parents and educators, and maintaining progress reports. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), ongoing professional development, and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB.
• 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and goals.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and progress tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA.
