Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Virginia. This role offers a flex schedule with no caseload, enabling a better work-life balance while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

The BCBA will design and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, mentor BCaBAs and RBTs, and foster strong family relationships. A master’s in ABA and BACB BCBA certification are required, with at least 1 year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA treatment plans with parents and teams.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Provide training and coaching to BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families.
• Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
