Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise the clinical team while managing a caseload for diverse clients. This role emphasizes hands-on data review, treatment adjustments, and family collaboration.

We offer an attractive benefits plan, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a supportive Clinical Manager to assist with scheduling and caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• At least 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and consultations.
