Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead and mentor a team while delivering high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Your role includes designing and supervising behavior intervention plans, conducting FBAs, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and professionals to advance meaningful progress for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a field relevant to ABA services.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyzing data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
