Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise ABA services, including FBAs, treatment plans, and staff training.

You will mentor Assistants, RBTs, and Analysts while ensuring high-quality, ethical practice for clients and families. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, data-driven decisions, and adherence to BACB guidelines in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree required
• Licensure and certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members (PBS employees, families, stakeholders)
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
