Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to build lasting skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
