Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, oversee teams, and partner with families to deliver high-quality services.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, supervision, and client progress across home, school, or community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
