Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and a supportive, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and handle physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
