Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop plans, train families, supervise technicians, and provide direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, current BCBA certification, and at least two years’ relevant experience. Excellent communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings to caregivers.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document ongoing treatment, data, progress reports and behavior support plans.
