Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time positions in Fall River, MA. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and deliver direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Requirements include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, BCBA certification, and two years of related clinical experience with autism/developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current LABA certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children/adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability for morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in applying behavioral interventions and data-based decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for full-time roles.

Responsabilités

• Perform behavioral assessments and evaluate client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee treatment delivery.
• Document data, graph progress, and write progress reports; develop behavior support plans.
