Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA program serving children, adolescents, and families.

The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, training families, supervising BCBA/tech staff, and delivering direct services with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors. A BACB-verified credential is required and bilingual Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in ABA or related field with BACB coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum two years of related clinical experience with autism/related challenges.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
• Ability to work flexible morning, after-school, and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct services.
• Maintain documentation: data collection, graphs, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
• Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress.
