Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Austell, GA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a growing team. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and coordinate with families to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment plans.

The role offers flexible schedules (full- or part-time), a robust bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical support. A retention bonus of up to $20,000 is available for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months)

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change behaviors.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, training and orientation to technicians.
