Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Stockbridge, GA is hiring BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism across ages birth to 21. You will supervise data-driven interventions and work with a collaborative clinical team to support families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or candidate for exam in next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise intervention plans to change behaviors for children with autism.
• Supervise data collection and charting to monitor progress.
• Discuss assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Mentor and orient the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist clients with physical activities during sessions as needed.
