Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, plan, and implement behavioral interventions for children and families. The role includes supervision of staff, direct treatment, and comprehensive documentation to track progress.

Flexible part-time hours are offered, with a hybrid model combining in-person and telehealth work. Candidates should hold BCBA certification in good standing and meet the stated experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Completion of behavioral assessments and development of treatment plans.
• Provision of family consultations and trainings.
• Supervision of behavior technicians and direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition.
• Documentation including data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
