Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children, families and individuals in a flexible fee-for-service model. The BCBA will perform assessments, design treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide family trainings, with emphasis on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

The schedule is flexible including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD in ABA or related field; BACB coursework completed.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Current LABA preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Access to laptop, CPS, high-speed internet and phone for FFS positions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
  • Direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior; document data.
