The Treetop ABA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will mentor RBTs and ABATs while delivering play-based ABA therapy in clinic and in-home settings, with strong leadership support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience with children with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
