Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBA clinicians to join a supportive, clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA therapy across North Carolina. Expect collaboration with experienced BCBAs, continuous mentorship, and a balanced schedule with no weekend work.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs while helping families achieve meaningful home and community goals in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
