Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services, mentoring RBTs and ABATs while delivering high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, and work with families to achieve home and community goals, all while enjoying flexible work arrangements and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
